Photo intaglio print of a Cactus Wren in a cholla cactus – one of their favorite places to be.
Hand colored, numbered and signed by me, the artist. Print is (8” x 8”) with a minimum 1.5” margin on all sides.
This is a Limited Edition of 50 photo intaglio prints. Photo intaglio is an old-school method of printmaking that dates back to the origins of photography. Using a photograph of my artwork to create a copper plate, these were printed by hand on high-quality rag paper using non-toxic processes at a press in Magdalena, NM.
